I did read that those kinds of markings come off easily when you wash the luggage but i will reserve judgment until i have more mileage on the bags

My only complaint my lock jammed once and i emailed delsey hq and the woman was beyond rude and not helpful

She asked me after i told her i’ve had and used my luggage for 3 years if i had tried using the code to unlock it which i clearly explained in my first email and then the worst part she asked me if i had tried to actually move the lever that opens the lock from side to side
