The lever on the hand shower is plastic and snapped off
Great shower otherwise but not made to last weve been using this unit for about 2 years now and pretty much daily
Ive had one for about 4 years and i discovered that the tiny springloaded brackets which hold the handheld part of the unit will gradually weaken over time until they are so weak that the head drops out of its cradle as soon as you turn on the water
