This kit takes my shower from a brassy old style to a new stainless look that is awesome. Comes with the cartridge to fit the delta multichoice valve system.

The shower head that comes with this has no pressure - can be thrown in the trash - i knew that and didn't care.

For the price, you can't beat it.
Great product at a great price here on amazon.
Only paid $28 for this genuine delta trim kit.
I already had a shower head i purchased off amazon a while back that works great, and it's only $13.
Shipping
Both parts arrived on the same day and they contained everything i needed to get my shower up and running.
Received on time and product works well.
Not sure if wrong product was shipped but based on description it was supposed to be the handle, the trip and the shower head.
Packaging/appearance
The box came with new parts and seemingly a bonus which saved me some money on a part that i will return to home depot.
Took a picture of what came in the box to make it clear what exactly is in it.

Bought this when it was on sale to replace my other delta shower trim.

The cartridge was worn down on the previous one and the nut was stuck on the handle so i had to saw it off

For 40 i got a new trim as well as a new cartridge
