Pros
The touch2o technology is a standout feature, allowing for hands-free operation with a simple touch anywhere on the faucet or handle. The head pulls out nicely and snaps back in. The only other quirk i've encountered is almost a fun thing.
Delta leland spotshield stainless steel high arc/gooseneck faucet $230. Magnetic docking system ensures that the sprayer locks securely back into place.
Cons
What a disappointment. What a colossal waste of money. Delta charges over $50 for the replacement magnets- 3 magnets which might actually cost $1.
The instructions state battery life is 6 months, but that's not true in our experience. The product description clearly states it should retract on its own and lock into place.
It actually splashes water all over the sink and on me. These 2 narrow streams are not good for rinsing small items. The spray option dribbles on a spot and so i'd rate it less than perfect.
It goes from ice cold to scalding hot with no gradual moving from cold to hot. Base of the faucet shows a blue light when cold going to purple then going to red for hot. The purple for warm is super sensitive and flips easily to hot or cold. Seems lik... Read More

Installation was straightforward, and the quality of the materials used in the faucet construction feels durable and reliable.
The spray is powerful and the quality is so fantastic!
They used cheap stuff inside and it gets rusted and hose falls out now and it does not hold up in place with the magnet.
The bracket that slides over the tube had flashing left inside and would not fit.

We decided to go "cheap", and purchased one as used-like new (which was also true of our kitchen faucet, which was in perfect condition).

I had issues with the touch feature but received excellent and prompt customer service when calling delta.
Competitiveness
Old fixture and there is no comparison to what we had.
After installation plumber informed us that moen, delta, kohler are good brands.
There is a less expensive leland model stainless steel without the fingerprint option.
