Pros
Delta is a top-notch manufacturer. Comes with everything you need except the rough-in valve. Great lifetime warranty.
Easy to install and working great. Thanks for my plumber's recommendation and did a great job installing them. Delta's quality is fully apparent with this set. Works smoothly and flawlessly plus it coordinates very well with the shower fixtures.
Simple yet classy. The showerhead is large and looks very modern. It is a classic, elegant set that will go with any decor.
Black is a distinctive look in a bathroom when most everything is chrome. The matte black finish adds a touch of modern elegance. Everything matches nicely with the other nickel finished products that we have.
Cons
Slow drip out the spout. Both trim plates came damaged. I ordered that for the second time and still it come with a dent.

Shipping
I got the email confirmation within an hour saying the replacement had been shipped.
One of the parts was damaged during shipping so i contacted delta's customer service for a replacement.
Packaging/appearance
Was very impressed when opening the package, the square plate, handle, & tub spout are solid and heavy material which i love!
I provided them with a picture of the damaged part and the item number.
Loved the look just wish shower head was bigger.
It looks better in person than in the pictures.
