Pros
Sturdy, well built, easy to install. Kohler no longer sells this. It seems to be well made and sturdy.
Soap lasts me about a month for each refill. It comes with a small funnel to refill the soap from above and no need to unscrew bottle from the bottom. Very easy to fill with included funnel.

Plywood base and the nut cant reach the threads from the underside. Unless one is tall enough to easily reach and push the top evenly, it pops off.
On its third refill, it seems that the threads on the unit (not the bottle) stripped, and the unit is now useless. The plunger action is the opposite of smooth. The spigot on top does not screw into the pipe that goes into the soap container.

I wondered why it never held much soap and always run out after the first month.

The white terminal aperture plastic bit had slowly started moving inward along the dispenser arm as the internal plumbing shrank

Checking out the service details it became clear that this has a warranty that was still in effect

The reason it had to be replaced was that some family members pushed the spout rather than the top to dispense soap and the spout became loose

Have to install this one in a new remodel of a different home but if its the same as the one i have its a thumbs up for it
