Pros & Cons
Pros
The aerator seems a bit pricey but eliminating the aggravation of the worn out one is well worth the investment. Much nicer product than the knock off. Check the nomenclature/parts list for your particular faucet first.
Easy to install and fit perfectly. The 2. Gpm same rating as the one on the faucet. Perfect fit & finish.
Water flows freely through the faucet and ended up to be an expensive and easy fix. Since the law or whatever regulates water flow, it's hard to find something i'm happy with in the kitchen. Wish all plumbing issues could be solved so quickly.
Faucet works like new again. Now new one operates well. Works & fits as intended.
Use a kleenex to remove the old second gasket. Snap the gasket into place inside the aerator rim. Rinse everything well and then dry up the inside of the faucet.
Cons
Very disapointed. Debris accumulates behind the faucet aerators. Expensive vs.
Highlights
Quality
Good quality, good price, and worked perfectly
This aerator is not a delta brand component, but was easy to install and resolved the problem with the original aerator.
Upon removal of the aerator, i found that the screen had deteriorated with the passage of time (19+ years).
You might be surprised with the amount of gunk that's been accumulated up there.
Packaging/appearance
Sometimes it can get stuck inside the faucet.
Rinse everything well and then dry up the inside of the faucet.
Competitiveness
Much better than the replacements available at the local big-box store.
