It leaks from the between the swivel joint and the flat chrome area. Got to be a manufacturer flaw.

There is a logo marking the physical product which states delta but no other markings anywhere. Received a clearly counterfeit item from china. To take this pack and just ship it as is, not even sealed, is inexcusable.

Bottom of the showerhead is black plastic, not stainless steel. Bottom of nozzle is also black plastic. Delta design is smaller (8) with a boxier design.

I bought a cheap version of this shower head and it lasted about a year and then leaked and sprayed water all over my bathroom.

As soon as i hopped in those concerns dissolved as quickly as the shampoo washed out of my hair!

Price

If you’re putting in a diverter valve and you want to rain shower head this is the best one for the money!

However, this is the best bang for the buck rain shower head!

Unless your home is worth more than 2m $ , than do what you will with your upgrades.

Packaging/appearance

I ordered stainless and it is stainless and the brown box it came in had a small label saying delta, and so did the unit.

The first 2 pics are from my existing one the third picture is a picture of the one they sent me,shows that it's missing those two parts.

Wish it came in oil rubbed bronze.
