Cons

Clearly a defective or retuned product. Entire ensemble purchased 9/2020 spout has broken 2times… now the valve has to be replaced. Delta documentation notes there is a plug for testing but doesn't clearly indentify if it was included.

Frustrated to say the least. Promised return call from their service group were never received. After 20 minutes, there were 43 callers ahead of me with an estimated wait time of 53 minutes. Very disappointed. Would go to home depot next time.

    Choosing a roughin valve locks you into the same or similar brand shower trim
