Pros
It is lovely and arrived well packed. Arrived safe and sound a couple days late due to inclement weather. Only things i didn't like is that the printing of the lavender/rose ended abruptly.
This teapot is beautiful and dainty. Holds a generous 3-4 cups. Amp; the matching box it comes in is very nice, exquisite.
It's very beautiful and feminine. More beautiful than the picture. It is so adorable. The artwork is beautiful.
The delton products porcelain tea pot coordinates perfectly with my tea set. The pot itself is quite lovely—both elegant and serviceable. Also bought the matching tea cup and saucer.
Cons
The handle on the teapot was shattered into a dozen pieces. The pot has a printed brand “summer lover’ they just put a sticker on it showing is a delton’s product. Also it has some sticky surface and fingerprints around it.

No problems and the product is beautiful and exceeded my expectations
There were no chips, cracks or other blemishes that would take away from its appearance or functionality.
Very dainty, however, the lid is a bit tiny making it a little difficult to remove and put it on.
Price
The price for this pot was exceptional, i actually would have expected, and been willing, to pay more for a pot of this quality.
I am sure my daughter thinks i paid far more than i did for it.

It arrived on time and in perfect condition.
The tea pot arrived quickly and was well packaged and protected.
Packaging/appearance
It comes in an elegant box, packaged to safeguard the teapot inside.
The box is absolutely gorgeous and would make an impressive gift.
