Pros

Twelve legs for support is really phenomenal. The frame is very sturdy. Very sturdy. Purchased this bed for our 17yr old nephew.

Tempur-pedic contour is much firmer now, and it's a completely different bed, compared to what i had previously. The futon is also probably a bit heavier than a comparable mattress, but so far no squeaking or other signs that the bed is feeble.

Cons

Product is absolute garbage. Terrible product and just as bad customer service. Won't stand by the products they sell.

They are cheap hollow plastic legs that screw into the bottom of the frame. Very flimsy, poor quality.

Sags in the center ruining my mattress. Poor build quality, feels unstable and feel uneasy at nighttime when i go to sleep.
