Pros

Product is exactly as described, packaged well, and delivered on time! Would order again if needed. Delivered in said timelines. It was delivered promptly, and fit the flagpole perfectly.

Cons

This is not a standard size that fits standard size flag poles. It says it would fit all 20 ft poles. Did not fit mine.
