The light is great but my ball at the top of my new flagpole had too short of a shank to screw in

As near as i can determine it goes dim between 3 and 4am

This could because there are trees around the area where my flagpole is posted shading it at times during the day

It could also be that it is winter and solar irradiance is weaker than summer months or a combination of those two factors
