Not worth returning as postage would have been almost as much as brush so gave it away i bought this as a xmas present for my niece who has long and very thick hair she thought it was great as it doesnt make her hair go fuzzy

I did buy two brushes as needed a slightly larger one but this one is perfect no tangles and does the just perfectly really large and inflexible cannot see how you could use it
