Applied it 2x a day and it helped calm down the crazy itching.
It did sting a teensy bit at first, but it was slight and then immediately after the sting went away, i had relief.
It broke my constant cycle of scratching!
I have nerve itch on my arm and i would go weeks scratching till it went away on its own.

I will probably look for something less expensive.

I switched from more expensive dermend cream and this seems to work as well but time will tell.
Other source of itch not known, but dermaleve worked well on both types.

Maybe you will have different results but i found this while searching amazon for psoriasis treatment that was steroidfree and it did not work for that specifically
