It helps a lot. Boom, gone, and relief. And it works better that i could have hoped for.

Cons

The new fragrance is medicinal at best. To me it is medicinal mixed with a plastic smell. The scent is medicine awful, and the texture is now clumpy and chunky. Result is that this stuff literally stinks.

Desenex product no longer has talc, corn starch and fragrance as inactive ingredients. Instead it has 8 other chemical ingredients.

The quote “new & improved” version i just received literally stinks. Now, this “improved” formula is gritty feeling!

The powder quickly is airborne gets in my sinuses, often causing sneezing or having to blow my nose. The texture of the powder is heavier, and harder to shake out of the can. This is the worst product i have ever used for a powder!
