Pros

This product offers the maximum number of 300 mg as most other brands hover around 100 mgs. I like this product, but both my bottles were short of capsules.

The studies concerning halting heart disease progression and preventing cancer make this a no brainer supplement. Taking 2 months now. As with any non medical pill it takes time to see results.
