I have found that arthroben is the only thing i have taken that helps with my bulged disc induced nerve pain in my case it radiatedreferred all the way down to the tip of my index finger

However ive also got knee pain probably of different nature inflammatory one jar hasnt changed it a bit for me so i just quit
