As per my celiac disease physician who also has the disease herself i was recommended to have a genova ny 40 amino acid test done

It showed several severe deficiencies in my amino acid profile and as i have no villae due to celiac disease as i understand it i am unable to make those amino acids that i should be producing and am deficient in many that are plant and animal based from food ingestion as well

I think the supplement works great but the flavor is so intense it overpowers everything if i mix it in a smoothie and in water i have to gear myself up to chug it
