Pros

It greatly helps reduce indigestion, gas, and irregularity. When i take the digestive enzymes it prolongs the effectiveness of the medication.

For heavier or larger meals i always add an additional separate hcl capsule. Fattier meals need extra ox bile, but it's incredibly useful to have a starting point that is low.

Cons

The progressive labs digestive aid capsules work much better, so i am again using that. The company is not transparent about ingredients. Definitely consult a physician before starting something like this.

Not all digestive enzymes are equal & this is the best--worth the price!

It seems expensive for what you are getting, but when something works and fixes a problem, it's worth it.

This is a great product but two weeks ago, it was $30 and now it’s $43.
