Pros

This form gets absorbed better than ferrous gluconate or ferrous sulfate. I am a bariatric surgery patient who struggles with anemia at times.

Noticeable and much needed increase in iron levels at recent checkup. Raised my iron count 20 points after three months. Will see if improves iron levels.

Cons

Because there are shards of glass sprinkled through the medication, it isn't safe to take. Issue a refund or provide a another bottle.
