Pros

L-glutamine (aka glutamic acid) is an essential amino acid that is the main building block of the gut's mucosal lining. It often is taken with gastromend-hp for acid reflux. Helps support a leaky gut.

Capsules are easier to take as sometimes you get that mental block and start to dred the peach mango (which is not bad tasting) flavor over time.

This product is outstanding. I appreciate that the company showed a genuine concern.

Cons

At this point, my best guess is chamomile. Horrified and disappointed that there is no way to return this item.
