Pros & Cons
Pros
Gla is an omega 6 fatty acid which you get from certain foods. It's not easy to get what you need from food, which is why i take a supplement. Very effective at preventing hangovers.
Highlights
Quality
Amazing product, i’ve only been taking them a week , and hopefully it’s not in my mind but i feel a difference already !
I found that it gives me energy, clarity of mind, helps with eczema patches and dry skin, and dry eye.
The capsule is very long, making it difficult to swallow.
Caps are large but easy to swallow.
Price
Maybe a little pricey but otherwise a good product.
