Pros & Cons
Pros
After taking k+2 two capsules per day for a month. This includes a proper diet (no processed food, little salt, no refined sugar, no restaurant food) and jogging 4x/week. Been taking them for over 5 yrs.
The one other product i tried that had a very, very, low margin for error when salting my foods is nu-salt. Seems to work well to help reduce muscle spasticity in my back.
Cons
If product has 100% potassium bicarbonate, it is 468 mg per serving. Without this knowledge, it carries significant risk. The bottles was broken and glass every where.
