Pros

These sublingual drops really do the trick for vitamin d levels! I am on doctors orders to have 2500iu daily due to extreme vitamin d deficiency. I truly hate pills, this liquid form takes care of it.

Contains 2,500 iu of vitamin d and 325 mcg of vitamin k. The k helps with absorption so you get even more bang for your buck.

Cons

When i pump it,all it does is drip down the side of the container. The lack of accountability for a batch that was potentially mixed wrong - which could be harmful to people - is what really worries me.
