Pros

One of my favorite brands for supplements. I take it faithfully every evening and it helps me sleep. Was prescribed by naturopath doctor. Good supplement, good quality.

It comes just as listed-- packaged nicely in bubble wrap to make sure nothing breaks. I like the large bottle because i don't have to order it so often and it's less expensive.

Cons

Nutrigold products have no fillers, no additives, all natural. Magnesium oxide is manufactured and does not breakdown and absorb easily in the body and thus is highly ineffective.

We take before bed and my husband prices a difference with his sleep when he doesn’t take them.

A little pricey, but well worth it.
