Pros

All i can say is, it is great & gives me lots of energy. No complaints. These enzymes save me whenever i am in the mood for some beans.

Cons

I have ibs, and get very gassy, but this did not work for me at all. This is a dangerous product that does not come with proper warnings, beware of this company.
