Shipping

They were very prompt about replying to me.

Back then, df was only available through health providers and when my chiro unfortunately passed away, i was left without a source.

Makes me wonder if it was even cold when it was shipped.

Heat sensitive products are stored in the freezer prior to shipment, and are shipped with an ice pack.

Packaging/appearance

I was very appreciative of the probiotic being sent in a cold insulated zippered bag.

Competitiveness

Much better than similar products found in a drug store.

And it needs to be much stronger than something you can buy off of the shelf at the grocery store.
