Pros
We both love the sleek design and how sturdy it is! Sturdy, durable, and easy on the neck when viewing iphone screen. Strong & very handy.
The desk call has a heavier base which makes it sturdier. This phone holder works perfectly for zoom & google calls.
The purrrchase phone mount is perfect for video chat. It is so nice to not have to hold the phone, especially when they are holding their kids to talk to grandma. It does what it's suppose to do.
This product allows me to keep the phone handy and usable hands-free. The swivel feature makes it easy to move while using the phone. The easy release push button frees up my hands.
Phone is upright for facetime with my grandchildren!
Cons
It only tilts down to a certain degree. It can be tilted to face the ceiling but cannot be tilted down until you are in the full frame of video. The one holder that works as advertised is great, though!

I am not holding that against this product however no pun intendedi used it with an iphone 12 pro in a otter box case

But i have disabilities specifically a lot of pain in the upper shoulders and neck and turning this from vertical to horizontal or the other way is difficult very on me so this makes it hard for me to use it to type or edit on social media if i have to go from watching a video or reading an article to answering somebody for example on facebook

In the horizontal view it is much more difficult to send messages or reference what has been written before on the messenger screen or any other email or social media site

A terrific improvement to this product would be finding a way to make sure that the phone holder itself turns vertically to horizontally and back just as swiftly as the rest of the phone cradle
