I love that they're vegan. They definitely help with my ibs-d. I take them with probiotics and enzimes and that makes the trick.
Cons

They're nicely made, got a lot of mint oil in them, i love that they're vegan, and they're easy to swallow.

I love being able to find reasonably priced vegan vitamins and supplements

Competitiveness
There are other company's that sell this but with pork or cow in the outer capsule we are a kosher family.

When i took this product with plain water as most people recommend i did get a mild burning sensation that seemed like heartburngastroesophageal reflux which i dont normally get

I think i might have low stomach acid and therefore the capsule will break down prematurely in the stomach unless theres an accompanying acid like coffee
