Joint pain makes sense, as we have less testosterone to help repair muscle and joint damage. Sinus pressure or infection slows down fast also. I have arthritis within my spine since my auto accident in 1995 so backaches are a big issue for me.

Hard to put into the capsules and if exposed to the air too long in the capsules it turns into hard black capsule shape things. Doesn't dissolve even in hot water.
