It plugged in firmly to the extension cable i ran through the dash, the outlet port held my phone charger snugly.
I’ve only had this for 10 minutes, i don’t anticipate this will last forever as it feels like a cheap cable.

I didnt use it for the designed application it comes with a twopiece bezel clip to fit that but i took the outer off which makes it smaller and more flush mounting see pic

I previously had the usb cord hanging down into the glove box but the cord was kicked a few times and connecting my phone was a pain

I bought two of these for a new radio one of them works great the other one you have to force the usb in very hard
