Pros

Devops compression pants are lightweight and breathable. The brushed fleece lining is extra soft and adds an airy layer to retain heat. These leggings are a winter essential for me—they keep my legs warm even on the coldest days.

After owning a set for about three years now, they're still in fantastic condition. This newer generation with compression is even more amazing.

The different rise options make this a no-brainer. If guys insist that these thermal tights are undersized, i have no issue with upsizing one size either.

The bottoms fit really snug on me, perhaps the even snuggest of all my running tights. However, i bough small one and it fits very well. I am very fond of a snug fit.

Cons

They also flatten your bum which is so annoying. Every movement causes the pant to slip down. If you are super skinny with a pancake * they might work.
