They keep you warm and they have a version with a mock turtle neck for the coldest days. I ride a motorcycle in northern nevada during the fall when it is in the lower 40 degree and these thermos keep me comfortable.
The fit is perfect, i'm 67 inches 190 lbs usually wear xl but ordered a xxl fits perfect. Fits snug just as it should. If you're at all jacked they make you look like a marvel comic hero.
Cons
The sizing on these shirts are way off. Definitely not american sizing.
When i opened the package these things made the whole room stink. No fleece inside very see thru. Very thin no thermal fleece whatsoever.
