Pros

They fit true to size, thin material but will work great for ji jitsu and protect knees from mat burn. The mobility is great, they act as shapewear as well.

My only complaint is that the waist band is a bit too tight. They have a nice pocket on the side as well.

Cons

No green camo. Even sized appropriately, this material is so thin that it would not provide any compression.
