Size large fits perfect. They give your fellas secure, comfortable housing while not effecting the ease of motion as your exercise. I just wish they had the option for a left side pocket for southpaws like me.
This 3-pack is a great deal for my bjj base layer. The price is unbeatable.
Cons
The waistband is too narrow and thin. Material is flimsy, almost transparent when stretched even slightly by hand. These constantly sag up and have no support for my, uh, man region.
