Pros

Good runtime on a 5ah battery. Being cordless makes all the difference in the world. It is a bit noisier than the plug in one i have.

Cons

It is very awkward to handle especially in tight situations. Won't do anything for my wrists and my patience.

The hook-and-loop attachment of the sandpaper works well, and is far more convenient than my older 1/3 sheet sander.

I used this the day i got it and the battery lasted two hours + obviously fully charged out of the box.

I won't know about durability for years - hope it meets or exceeds my older sanders, that have never failed in 30 years.

Competitiveness

Dust collection is better than my old sanders, and the compact dust collection bag, while all bags are an obstruction, is a good trade-off.

I prefer dewalt and have never had a single issue with them.
