Pros
Works better than expected on my sedan. When paired with the 20v 5ah battery this thing is a beast.
Tons of torque available for working on cars and trucks. Motor mounts, suspension work, this thing makes it all so much easier. Its heavy compared to an impact driver or drill, so i'm glad i went with a mid torque rather than the high torque.
Cons
It’s not a tool without a charge & battery. Have had great success with dewalt products in the past, but i am done with buying them.

Easy to use and durable, working in my car this thing was able to remove axle nut bolts with ease.
Works great use touch wrench on lug nuts to ensure ther are not over tightened
Used a 4ah battery, did my minivan and my civic, it only took one out of three bars of energy.
To my suprise it ripped them suckas right off.
Shipping
Came overnight and this is a nice, powerful, and compact tool.
Also shipping was rather quick so thought that was great.

When paired with the 20v 5ah battery this thing is a beast and still has 2 bars of battery after a 9 hour shift of constantly taking lugs on and off

The smart mode as i call it is perfect for working on expensive rims as it stops the gun as soon as the lug breaks loose then u have to press the trigger again for it to fully come off definitely helps with run off on expensive rims

Mode one is nice for putting on tires as it won’t overtighten them no matter how long you hold the trigger

If your someone who uses 1 or 2 different sockets the pin is the way to go but as a tech who can use 10 different sockets a day the hog ring was the way to go for me as it makes switching out the sockets super easy

Did a great job removing a stuck caliper bolt that my 250 ftlbs impact couldnt budge it barely put up a fight with this one and i only had a 1
