I did not use a socket with the matching hole for the detent pin and it was still secure on there.

Tire change is painless and fast with this relatively small impact gun.

Was indecisive about detent pin but sockets come on and off like a breaze.

Its a perfect size and with a 5ah battery it can sure go a long way.

Hits a lot harder than the smaller dewalt 1/2.

Lasts pretty long on a 5ah battery.

Even using a 5ah battery, the wrench is still pretty light.
