Pros

Joint knife makes a perfect bench knife for handling dough. Stainless is all i use now. Great drywall blade.

Best mud knife. Happy with purchase.

Great quality and 100 percent polished stainless handle and blade. Cleans up beautifully in the dishwasher. Doesn't rust up like those other non-stainless versions.

Cons

These are nice looking knives, but not truly stainless steel. They are coated with a stainless that will eventually fail just like my acid dripped knives.
