After further inspection i found the engine block was cracked at the mounting points to the compressor frame

The handle is positioned in the center of the unit obviously for equal weight distribution but becomes a problem when you cant really hold it out since it weighs 50 lbs

Highly recommend this if you are a professional and know how to maintain your tools if not go buy a cheap senco treat it like crap and cry when it breaks
