The tester on the side shows 2 bars but nothing recognizes it, not even the charger. I get that things can be defective but not having any way to contact a company this big is ridiculous.

Seems expensive but in fact its the best deal.

Definitely not worth the price especially to run higher amp equipment.

The battery was fully charged and lasted maybe 30min it costs 250 bucks.

Pricey for a battery but the 12 hour battery is hard to find.
