Pros

The dewalt cordless tool is compact and easy to use. The original packaging and owner's manual are great. This is the second dewalt tool i've bought.

Batteries charge fast and last ages, and the drill doesn't lose power as the batteries wind down like the ryobi this replaced, they're full power until depleted. Charging is also fast. The atomic 20v max battery system lasts all day.

Overall a great upgrade. Looks and performs like it should. No issues. Pro-quality at non-pro pricing.

Cons

The chuck is defective. Has scuff marks where the battery mounts. Will be returning this drill.

Quality

This is the best purchase i’ve made in tools in quite awhile.

Has led light on the bottom base near the bottom gripping area, adjustable clutch, keyless chuck, 2-speed.

I bought one about a year ago, and with only moderate use, as i'm not a professional, it broke.

The switch that changes from forward to reverse above the trigger stopped working!

Price

Better spend extra bucks than have to deal with replacement later on cheap ones.

Amazon was a better price, faster shipping, and iv had way less hassle on returns/exchanges, this was a great price and working great!

I was able to buy this on sale at about 30% off otherwise i would have not paid full price.

If you are running various systems you can waste a whole lot of money $$$ chasing battery power!

Packaging/appearance

I like the original packaging it came in and the documentation owner's manual that was included.

Was a little worried that i was getting some refurbished stuff, but quickly realized it’s new, in an original, sealed, box.

Competitiveness

I like the dewalt brand and this is both more compact and lighter than my current drill.

I got a deal on this one so i thought i would add another to the mix as i slowly move over to dewalt products.

Also, i own several other tools in the dewalt atomic 20v max family so being able to interchange batteries is a big plus.
