Pros

Battery packs show they are charged as soon as i put them in the charger, but left one in overnight anyway. What amazed me is when i misplaced one of the original batteries. Yes, the battery was charged.

Cons

Shame on you dewalt. The drill itself is worthless without batteries. The battery charger isn't very good.
