Pros & Cons
Pros
Small batteries recharge quickly and last longer than i anticipated. It's pricey but it's worth it.
This tool is a hidden gem in the dewalt line up. Having to extend outward all of my receptacles with longer screws and spacers (all new sheetrock recovering from hurricane laura & delta) this is not a fit for serious woodwork with say large torx s... Read More
Small form factor plus low torque and speed settings make it great for driving and removing lots of small screws in a timely, non-tiring fashion. Drill clutch for torque-sensitive work.
Cons
The main drawback to this tool is the low torque. You have to swerve to the right to make it tighten things. This makes it impossible to use in tight spaces where you can't twist your wrist.
Buyer beware on this thing. I'm shocked that dewalt would put their name on something like this. I am appalled it's from dewalt. The reason for low rating is for seller.
It's impossible to use with this gyroscope. The gyro feature is finicky at best.

Paired with the makita xp 60-piece impact bit set, i seldom need a regular screwdriver or nut driver.
The ability to control the speed with the turn of your hand, destroys any trigger (on/off switch) equipped electric screwdriver.
Bought the dcf680n2 in august 2023, and mine did come with the bit holder.
Shipping
I wanted a tool that wasn't as fast as some of the screwdrivers, like my very fast makita older version, and this fit exactly in that line.
Turn wrist to right , it moves fast in clockwise direction.
Turn wrist to left, it moves fast in counter clockwise direction.
Competitiveness
More powerful than other cheaper brands i've own.
Super easy to use, and comfortable to handle, i love and trust dewalt products.
I rarely reach for my heavy-duty milwaukee.
Much lighter than a full-size cordless drill/driver.
