Pros

Replacement was ordered due to possible "lost" shipment. I am very satisfied as it came just before christmas. Also got this at an awesome price.

Cons

Newer 20v drill from amazon is such a disappointment. I was told to take it to their "service dealer" buyer beware, this ain’t a company that stands by its warranty promise.

Review for battery size, not impact driver. Not only is this dishonest but the indication that items may be exchanged is incorrect. Would not send another battery. It is the seller's responsibility to ensure accurate information.
