Quality product which does the job it is intended to do very well
We use these drills on a daily basis for renovation and new construction work without any problems with the tool.
Fourth dewalt brushless cordless tool and no issues with the first 3.
Just make sure to get quality drill bits!
Price
It has more impact joules energy and costs waaaaaay less.
Tools work perfect and price is great
Packaging/appearance
Was putting in 1/2” rebar dowels into concrete.
Competitiveness
With a 5ah battery, this tool seems to go for hours before needing a battery swap-out.
I got the kit a few years ago(2) with a 5amp battery and charger, so it's been well used and jobsite approved.
You'll definitely want at least a 5ah battery for this bad boy.
I'm using 5ah batteries and this thing will sink a 3/16 x 6 sds concrete bit in a single pass, at full depth.
