Pros

It’s comfortable and lightweight, heats up great. For my chest injuries i can't take a lot of cold weather, so this is the perfect jacket for me. The heating elements are placed in very good spots.

Amazing product, exceeds expectations and will likely be getting one for every member of my family!

The all black soft shell is a very sleek design and isn’t very “showy”. Battery is a little bit bulky.

Cons

There was no heat in the chest, neck, or arms. Only used it for outdoor job site inspections and meetings during the winter. It's fairly comfortable, but nothing to write home about.

The battery that comes with the jacket will last you about 4/5 hours, give or take.

I believe this can be improved with a more robust material with straps to secure the pack.

Works best directly on you with a t-shirt.

Personally, i use a 5amp so i don’t have to worry about charge.
