Low profile with battery sliding sideways instead of top to bottom as is the case with milwaukee this way the battery does not come in the way of the wrist and does not interfere with the all important grip while sanding vertical surfaces

The one complaint i have is the collector bag falls off the tool every time i turn it on from the vibrations
