This is a very sturdy and dependable drill, and a very good buy.
This is by far the toughest tool in my garage and it should have died along time ago.
It has been abused, over heated, and over worked.
It has no rubber grip, so put a glove on before an all day job.
Competitiveness
Although i use cordless drills more than anything, this is the drill i use when i know my cordless drills won't cut it.
I believe dewalt has discontinued this particular model, but you can still find this drill both new and used if you shop around.

Its even drilled through drilled though 1234 of concrete it multiple times with a 12 bit

It doesnt get used every day but has seen fairly regular use mainly for things like drilling holes to fish wires up into walls of older buildings with long whip type diversibits and with small diameter cotton buffing wheels for polishing metals and plastics

I dont use it every day or for very heavy construction but every time i have needed it comes through on the job
